Workplace Support & Resources

At Pink Boots Society Australia, we’re proud to support a community built on respect, inclusion and care.

From time to time, members reach out to us about challenges they’re facing at work, whether that’s harassment, unsafe conditions, underpayment or unfair treatment. While we’re here to listen and support our community, we’re not a regulator or legal service.

This page is here to help point you toward the right organisations who can provide confidential advice, formal complaint pathways and support.

If you’re not sure where to start, the national contacts below are a good first step.

A note from the Pink Boots Society Australia Board

We care deeply about creating a safe and inclusive industry for everyone. While we can’t investigate or resolve workplace matters, we can help point you in the right direction and ensure you’re aware of the support available.

If you’re navigating something challenging, you’re not alone and there are organisations equipped to help.

It can help to gather:

  • Dates and details of what has happened

  • Payslips, rosters or employment contracts (if relevant)

  • Any messages, emails or records

  • Names of witnesses (if applicable)

If you want to reach us, you can fill in the form on our Contact page.
