PBA is very excited to announce that we are offering a FREE sensory training session to any ACBC delegates who are Pink Boots Society members or any female who earns an income from beer.
We will be conducting sensory analysis on samples spiked with 5 different flavour standards and discussing how the characters are formed in beer. It’s a great opportunity to learn about beer flavours and to network with great ladies from all sectors of the brewing industry.
The session will be conducted by Drs Lukas Danner and Jun Niimi from the University of Adelaide. Session limited to 30 people only.
